# Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all services ordered from **Mykyta Severyn W-D-M**, ul. Listopadowa 35/51, 43-300 Bielsko-Biała, Poland, NIP 5472256471 (“we”, “us”). It forms part of our [Terms & Conditions](https://w-d-m.com/terms).

## 1\. Before you pay

Sending a request, booking a call and receiving a quote are free. You only pay after you accept a written quote, so there is nothing to cancel or refund at that stage.

## 2\. Cancelling a project

You can cancel an order at any time by emailing [info@w-d-m.com](mailto:info@w-d-m.com)  with your name and the project or invoice number. Cancellation takes effect on the day we receive your email.

| --- | --- |
| Before work has started | **Full refund** of any advance payment |
| After work has started | Refund of the amount paid **minus the value of work completed** up to the cancellation date |
| After the project has been completed and accepted | No refund; the 30-day free bug-fix warranty still applies |

The value of completed work is calculated from the milestones in the quote or, where milestones do not apply, from the hours worked at the hourly rate on our [Pricing](https://w-d-m.com/pricing) page. With the refund we send a short summary of the work done and hand over everything created up to that point.

## 3\. Hourly work

Services billed per hour (page-builder work, plugins, integrations, audits, support and small tasks) are charged only for time actually spent. If you prepaid hours that were not used, the unused amount is refunded in full.

## 4\. If we cannot deliver

If we cancel a project or cannot deliver the agreed scope, you receive a full refund of any amount paid for work that was not delivered.

## 5\. Consumers’ right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance within **14 days** without giving a reason, under the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014. To exercise it, send us a clear statement by email.

If, at your express request, we start work before the 14-day period ends, you pay for the work performed up to the moment you withdraw. If the service has been fully performed with your express consent and acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

## 6\. How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued within **14 days** of the cancellation date, using the same payment method you used — to your card if you paid by card, or to your bank account if you paid by transfer — unless you agree to a different method. We do not charge any fees for refunds.
