## 2\. What data we collect

-   **Contact form and email:** name, email address, company name, the service you are interested in, budget range and the content of your message.
-   **Call booking:** name, email address and the time slot you choose (via Cal.com).
-   **Clients:** billing details needed to issue invoices (name or company name, address, tax ID) and payment confirmations.
-   **Technical data:** basic server logs (such as IP address and browser type) kept by our hosting provider for security.

## 3\. Why we process your data and on what legal basis

## 4\. Who receives your data

We share data only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our hosting provider, email provider, the form-delivery service (Web3Forms), the scheduling service (Cal.com), our bank and payment provider, and our accounting office. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; in that case transfers are protected by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

## 5\. How long we keep it

-   Requests that do not lead to a contract: up to 12 months after the last contact.
-   Contract and invoicing data: for the period required by tax law (5 years from the end of the year in which the tax obligation arose).
-   Data processed on the basis of legitimate interest: until you object or the claim period expires.

## 6\. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, request its erasure or restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

Providing data is voluntary, but without contact details we cannot reply to your request, and without billing details we cannot conclude a contract.

## 7\. Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Embedded services (such as the Cal.com booking widget) may set technically necessary cookies when you use them.

## 8\. Card payments

Card payments are handled by our payment provider through a secure payment page. We do not receive or store your full card details.

## 9\. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page.
